Donna Ingemanson
Donna Ingemanson is an artist who contemplates the world
Through her own visual language on a canvas where colors are swirled.
Each day she gets up and thinks pink, blue or red
And creates a large painting of all the thoughts in her head.
She dabbles here
And she dabbles there.
Sometimes she contemplates haute couture.
Painting and drawing brings what's inside out.
When you look at her pictures you'll see shades of her throughout!
Donna has been dabbling with paints for many moons. Her work has been recognized by Communication Arts, American Illustration, Print Magazine, Society of Publication Designers and How Magazine. Donna is a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia WA (Grunge Capital) and has studied art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Massachusetts College of Art. She lives between Boston and Cape Cod and has a running tab on which one she loves the most. Donna has travelled throughout the world for inspiration and her paintings are influenced by figurative painting, folk art, Japanese pottery, nature and improvisational art.
