Trapping, the small overlap between adjacent colors is necessary for truly fine offset printing. Many page layout programs have built-in trapping that is adequate for many of your print projects. Most built-in trapping solutions do not trap placed graphics such as eps files.

We can post process your files through dedicated trapping programs that will add correct traps to both the page layout elements and the imported files. Our trapping software will correctly spread or choke depending on the colors in the objects and will also trap to images and gradients.

Our direct to plate system and direct imaging system both have Adobe InRIP trapping.
